Shipping policy
Impetus will only process your order once payment has been received. If you pay by bank transfer, we will only process your order once we have confirmed receipt of payment.
1. In the case of promotions or changes to the collection, processing may take up to 5 working days.
2. Orders placed on Friday after midday, as well as on Saturday and Sunday, will only be processed on the following Monday.
3. Impetus uses the best couriers in the industry to ensure your order arrives on time.
4. Your order status and tracking number will be sent by email, and you can access this information via your customer account.

Delivery terms:
You must always provide a telephone number. If you are unable to receive your order, the courier will attempt to contact you to arrange a new delivery date; after three attempts, the order will be returned to the dispatch centre. For further information, please contact us.
Reporting a delivery delay:
If you have received a dispatch confirmation email and your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us via this link: ‘Contact’ or send us an email to: consumer@protechdry.com Tel: (+351) 253 859 227 (from 12.00 pm and between 9.00 am and 2.00 pm and 5.00 pm, except at weekends and on public holidays). Please provide the operator with your name and order number.
In the event of a lost parcel or if delivery to the recipient is not possible, it may take the service up to 14 working days to detect the issue and confirm the incident; no refund will be issued during this period.
